Shipping policy

Shipping Time: Typically our orders ship out within 2-4 business days, however wait times may be increased depending on item availablility, custom orders, and order volume. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. 

Shipping Prices: Due to limitations within Shopify itself, sometimes our shipping prices are calculated incorrectly. If additional shipping fees are required for your order, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is made.

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada, and ship using Canada Post. If you have any questions or would like to make an order outside of Canada or using a different shipping company, please message us before placing an order.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Liability: Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for a package once it has left our possession (once the mail system has the package). We also cannot be held responsible for replacement of packages that go missing from your residence if no one is home on delivery day. Please check your tracking information regularly so you know when your package will arrive.
